Happy that they could get me in on a Sunday and they had the color that I needed however the man that fixed my nail didn’t do such a great job. I have sns and the gentleman didn’t soak off the remainder of my mail he instead pried it off using tools and nail tips, which hurt pretty bad. Then the nail was crooked and long story short I should’ve just waited until I could get in with my other shop. Update I was definitely seen today sat at station number eight and got color L64 around 12:20pm with the old man. I will now give 1 star for unprofessionalism

My technician was Tom. I chose to receive the dip and I thought the color I picked would have been cute on my nails. When Tom finished he noticed the look on my face and knew it wasn’t what I expected. He then said, no worries we can fix it, let try a darker color. Although it took longer than we both expected, he was patient, and polite. My dip is a bit thicker than normal; however, his willingness to immediately correct it without me being totally disappointed is well worth my return! Thank you Tom and I will see you in 2-3 weeks!

Racist, and not professional whatsoever. I will never return here, and I am appalled for a place that's dedicated to servicing the public to be so nasty to their customers. Even though I was offended, and professionally expressed feeling so, the lady not once apologized to me. She told me to hush. I looked for clarity with the owner, and asked if he allowed his employees to talk to customers as such. He never once corrected her. I will never ever spend another dime there again. The customer is not their priority.
My usual place I go to was closed, but I would have waited if I knew this would be the experience. Please take your business to MILAN SPA AND NAILS, located only a few minutes from this trash of a place.

I was a customer of this establishment for over 10 years (two different managements) and always received excellent service. I went in yesterday and found that there’s now a 3rd manager/owner. She was pleasant and I allowed her to go my nails. These are by far the worst my nails have looked in my over twenty years. Plus, the top coat of my SnS is peaking on day 2! I feel like I threw money down the drain! Don’t waist your time or money.

Had an amazing customer service experience with Linda today! She gave me a sensational pedicare, she took as much time needed to get the job done & done right. Looking forward to the next time, hopeful I'll get her again.
