    Update: Touchpoint responded to this review saying “it was ridiculous the owner did not replace it” but this is a false and misleading statement as touchpoint is the one who failed to execute and properly manage the repair. Touchpoint is trying to push all the blame away when they are the rental agency and are responsible for handling maintenance. They failed to do anything to resolve the issue until I threatened a lawsuit because they were now in violation of the Charlotte city housing code. We now have the issue resolved finally after over 2 months but they left the old dishwasher and box outside our front door. This is a poor management company with many issues they need to address before you should ever rent with them. I am currently a tenant at a property managed by touchpoint and we have had an issue with our dishwasher for almost 2 months now and they still have not resolved it. Their maintenance team does not communicate and no matter how many times you leave them a voicemail to get a call back they never call. I have had to call other departments within touchpoint to even get a response. They make excuses every time on why the repair has not been completed and do not make any effort to let the tenant know that they do care about the issue and they are trying to resolve it. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

    I have rented from touch point property for 3 years no problems at all. Only thing I would improve is the way communication between tenants and the company is not a direct line to speak with a agent . The way touch point handle issues when you leave a message they respond usually within the hour by email. Very fast , I would love to speak with someone instead of sending emails, but that’s not a issue it’s a recommendation. Thank for providing excellent service.

    I have rented from a lot of companies over the years and my overall experience with TouchPoint has been amazing to say the least! I can honestly say that TouchPoint is very responsive to all of my inquiries and they do their best to accommodate any needs that arise. My experience with Account Managers, Karla R. and Sue P. has been stellar. In my opinion, TouchPoint is the first company that I have rented with that cares for their tenants. I plan to rent exclusively from TouchPoint going forward!

    TouchPoint Property Management are always ready when I have a question, their service is great. It has been a pleasure to do business with them, Uriel Sandoval is a excellent TouchPoint representative. I highly recommend using their services.

    I have never experienced such a lack in response and messages. I've tried to rent several properties that were listed on. Their website, not only was I told each property displayed as available was really not available, but 1 representative suggested my income of 6 figures, wasn't enough for their property listed for $2750. Such a let down, shock and frustration. I can only assume that if a property management ran org, offers a no deposit option, you should expect their listed properties to not be available, and at least a 48hr delay in response, along with no representative available to speak to during their normal business hours. Sad experience. My current lease isn't up until April so I thought I would began weighing options early. This seriously has me reconsidering moving now.
