Never lived here, don’t plan to. But your company disgusts me after hearing what you are doing to residents in Charlotte. Giving them 30 days to leave without any explanation. This company is contributing to the already massive gentrification problem in the area. You’re playing with people and their lives. You should be ashamed. I still feel the same way despite your response. Gonna be hard to make me pity any of these companies purchasing properties to "renovate" and inflate rent
I signed up to do a self-guided tour but when I got to the home there was no key in the lock box. I called and called and called but I could not get an answer from anyone. I also sent text messages and left a voicemail but no one has gotten back to me yet. I had to give my credit card information just to sign up to do the self guided tour and for no one to give me a call back is very suspicious. With this first impression I know I do not want to do business with them.
Revised review prior to move in 5 months later. Horrible management for rental homes in Wilmington, NC. Will be reaching out to the media and commissions per failure to comply to lease complaint agreements and work orders provided to Cordelia and presidents of company. Failure, neglect per owner agreement to be move in ready, whether i toured the property through self tour during covid to not have the property ready and have to settle for what I thought would be move in ready, considering many people have toured this unit and was not move in ready. Had it been stated is what I see is what I get, I expected the owner and management company to comply to owner agreements and lease agreements that it would be properly move in ready, not as is. That wouldn't make sense seeing as how many people have toured this property and Trademark should have done what's right and made it move in ready per the move in agreement with owner. Breach of lease agreement with Trademark in stating and reporting leaks, possible mold due to wet dust though through the main HVAC system system. As well reports of broken windows and doors which were reported to Cordeilia, the property manger through ignored work orders and via email, which is stated in my lease. have had to pay rent late due to high bills considering the hvac and broken dryer that both are consistently running. No such compassion for the renter communication or solution working for said owner and tenant. Revised review prior to move in 5 months later. Wonderful company. Jessica is the best property manger ever! She went above and beyond for me and got me into a place the next day! Very professional and constant communication! I seriously can not thank her enough for the effort she put in. She changed my life for the better! I highly recommend working with her. Absolute perfection! They will make sure you are well taken care of!
Applied for a property in Raleigh, got approved and didn't hear anything for a week. Finally got someone on the phone and they informed me the price went up $1000 from what I applied for. All this is after I paid the non refundable application fee.
Not a good Company to work for the Pay is very low for the work they need done. Very nice people but are not organized at all. There is also a lack of skills and communication
