Very pleased with Zak. His professionalism is top notch. He did not show up at 8am for an 8am appointment, he was there EARLIER and ready to work at 8am. I really liked that alot. He took great care with extra precautions to keep anything from being damaged in my home. The carpet looks great and I am very satisfied. Highly recommended!

Zack was great! Arrived early to job to make sure everything was set up. Cleaned my 8x10 area rug with a few pet stains as well as general bed room carpet. Will definitely be using this business in the future!!

Turbo Carpet Cleaning exceeded my expectations. I had given up on carpet cleaners in Mooresville. The rug and carpet either didn't get cleaned very well or the service was poor. When I got a coupon in the mail for Turbo Carpet Cleaning, I called them and set up an appointment. I only had to wait a few days. Zak arrived a few minutes early, but we were prepared because he kept us informed. It took 30 minutes to clean the 8"x10" rug in the living room. It looks like new. And another 30 minutes for the carpet in the sunroom. It looks beautiful, too, and smells so fresh. Despite a damp, cool day, the rug and carpet are drying pretty quickly. I am truly pleased. I will definitely call Turbo Carpet Cleaning for all of my cleaning needs.

Been using this service for 10 years. The big truck is the best. Very polite and professional staff that takes time to do the job right and explain options as they go. Have used them for carpets, area rugs and furniture in a house with pets.
