Back in 2008, my elderly mother was selling her townhome. Richard Twomey realized that due to an error by the attorney handling her purchase of the townhome, there was a donut of land around the townhome still owned by the prior homeowner. Incredibly, he was able to secure a deed from the prior homeowner to my elderly mother and the sale of her townhome closed as scheduled. Highly recommended.

I had my property closed by this Towmey law office, and my name was spelled wrong on the deed which I didn't notice at that moment. 2 years later, I realized that and called them to help to correct my name for a few times. The front desk always asked me to write email and then no response. Very disappointed!
