I rented a home from Wilson Property Management for about 4 years, until the owners decided to sell, which was not surprising given the location and market. The home was wonderful, and Wilson did a great job managing the property. Helen initially showed me the property and managed it for most of the lease. She was easy to work with and always responded to questions or issues quickly, whether via phone or email. She also kept me informed when the lease was coming up for renewal, made the renewal process simple, kept the rental price reasonable and fair in an inflating market, notified me when the owners eventually decided to sell, and answered some of my anxious questions while the home was listed, which provided me helpful information that assuaged my concerns.
I didn't have many maintenance issues, but when I did, she or other staff engaged maintenance rapidly, and the problem was usually addressed within a day or two. The maintenance staff was also considerate and professional and always called ahead to make sure their arrival would be convenient.
I'd certainly rent from WPM again. Many thanks to WPM and Helen.

Long post alert!
I waited to give this company a review until I completely moved & didn’t have any more dealing with them. I was a resident at a rental home they are managing. Helen Morrill was the property manager. It was a nightmare from the time I moved in until the my lease was over. When I viewed the home I was told that by the time I moved in, the house would have been professionally cleaned & sanitized (this was during the Covid era) as well as the wasp nest removed (I explained I’m allergic to wasp). Needless to say this was not done. During my first day I did my check list and took several pictures & videos. They never sent anyone to clean the house. I had to clean everything. There were things left in the storage sheds & the closets. Submitted my check list on time & did a follow up call with Helen. She never called me back. They finally sent a maintenance man out to address the things on the check list. He probably fixed 3 things on the long list of things that needed attention. We were stuck in a 12 month lease at this point so we lived with it. During our 12 month stay (rent paid early every month):
1. The air condition didn’t flow properly which was almost unbearable during the hottest month of the year. This was on the checklist….it was apparently a forgotten thought on Helen’s part….several follow up calls & emails were made. Someone finally came out 6 weeks later.
2. The sink in the kitchen was leaking. It took 2 weeks for someone to come out (this was the quickest turnaround)
3. There was an issue with the heat. We were without heat for 2 weeks! Only to find out that the heat ran on gas. We were told when we signed the lease the only thing that ran on gas was the fireplace. We were not going to use the fireplace so we didn’t turn on the gas. This was discussed during lease signing & ok’ed by those present for my lease….Helen was not present ever!
4. The dishwasher stopped working. Took them a month to replace it.
5. Received a letter that if I renewed for 12 months they will increase the rent by $200/mo. & if I did 24 months it will increase by $100/mo. There were never any apologies, compensation of any sort with the lack of property management I received. I happily turned in a 60 day written notice to Helen. Never heard nothing. Received an email & a notice in the mail congratulating me on renewing my lease. I had to call to fix this with others on the office because Helen was non responsive.
The only thing I can’t complain about was I did get my entire deposit back, however I did leave the place in better condition than it was when I moved in.
Helen Morrill is very unprofessional. She was very dismissive & I have emails to prove everything I have said. She is not a good representative for this company or any company. There were others who had to step in & cover her slack. As a licensed real estate professional there are rules & laws a company & a licensed professional must follow. Failure to do so is unacceptable.

I have been living here for 2 years now. I love it and i am planning to sign another year lease. I saw some negative reviews about this place mentioning the mold, parking problems, and maintenance issues. I would like to say that these townhomes are in excellent condition i have never seen any molds and whenever i place a maintenance order they would respond within an hour at max. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and nice. Also there is a lot of visitor parking and to two parking spots for each unit. I just want to leave this review to let future teanants know so they will not be misleaded. I enjoy living here and i want to thank the office and maintenance staff for everything. Happy holidays to all!

Overall the price is decent for some of WPMs properties, the only issues I had was with move out and my deposit. I lived in the Gorman St Village Apartments....The office told me they could not issue my security depoit because they had too many moveouts and had not been paid by their vendors...so especially they were unable to pay me because they haven't been paid. They emailed me 28 days after move out saying it would be proceed 'TBD'. I was also advised by office staff that according to me resident portal it said my deposit had been mailed, also incorrect.
Luckily I kept a copy of my lease and emailed corporate. They are not allowed to withhold your deposit unless they have a claim agaisnt the deposit which they should have notified you about....according to MY lease (sec 9.) they have 30 days from the move our date to issue/mail the check. Only after I had emailed them back saying that it is a breach of contract for the office to break the least that their staff signed upon move it, that I was advised my deposit had been issued and would be mailed out.
So keep your lease until all is said and done, double check everything with them....
Also, they buildings are old, we had a serious pill bug problem.... hundreds of them had to be cleaned up constantly ...So guys. Just read all the reviews people are writing, they're speaking out for a reason.,

I've been with Wilson Property for 2 years now and they are fantastic! They have excellent communication, wonderful service, and if there's a maintenance issue they are quick to respond. 10/10 recommend!
