Trey was extremely helpful, professional and thorough. He carefully went over the process with us as well as pricing before he did the job and everything was done perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Customer service was also very kind and empathetic as we had a medical emergency and had to push our appointment back unexpectedly. They were helpful but also genuinely concerned and I really appreciated that. Will definitely be using this company again in the near future!

Very reasonable price. I have searched at least 3 companies in concord and they had the best price. My tenant moved out and left me with super dirty carpets in my entire house. I even went to Home Depot for a quote for the living because I seriously thought I need to replace it. Zerorez not only had the best price and services but Anthony was extremely professional and nice. I’m not a person that would write a review but for Anthony is a must! He’s really good and whoever needs service should ask for him! You will know why I leave this review.

I used Zerorez for carpet and couch cleaning. The whole process was easy! I was able to make an appointment online. I received multiple reminders in anticipation of my appointment. There were no hidden fees, and I could process payment online when services were rendered. The team arrived on time and completed the work within an hour. I am very happy with the results.
